As with larger cakes, these Fairy Cakes can be finished with icing and other cake decorations, such as sprinkles. This fairy cake recipe is quick and easy to make especially if you are using a food processor.

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 large eggs
  • 125g self-raising flour, sifted
  • 2 tablespoons milk
